The complexity of the program itself and functional requirements was tried to be hidden through its simplicity and minimalism.

It is designed not to show off through its exterior, but rather to hide the richness of the program.

In terms of design, we play several games: placing the volume on volume / cutting the volume / making visual illusion between the fullness on the outside and the protected emptiness on the inside

Looking from the road, it gives the impression of two full volumes, on which a third leans, while in fact one of the volumes is the intimate open courtyard of the ground floor designed to “protect” itself from the neighboring house, which was built on the very border.
