the ground floor is defined as the base of the house. an element firmly rooted in its location.

in Dalmatia, houses rarely “float”, they fight more against the wind and the sea.

on the first floor are placed ‘’floating’’ elements that play some playful game of their own; suggesting that there is something childish about it; suggesting (the roofs) its a coastal city kindergarten.
